Terms of sale

These terms apply when you join The Content Club, sold by StoreFront Studio, a business based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

What you're buying

A digital membership. Each monthly pack includes social media post templates you can edit in Canva (delivered as PowerPoint files that Canva imports, plus PNG previews), captions, a posting calendar and guides, downloaded from the member area. Nothing is shipped. It doesn't include coaching, design services or posting for you.

Plans

Monthly (US$29/month): renews monthly until you cancel. You get every pack released while your membership is paid up, plus the pack that's current when you join or renew.
Annual (US$249/year): renews yearly until you cancel. While it's active you also get every past pack.
Lifetime (US$399, paid once): every past and future pack for as long as we publish The Content Club. No renewals.

Packs you received while your membership was paid up stay available to you after you cancel. If we ever stop publishing, Lifetime members keep access to every pack released.

Canva

You need your own Canva account (the free plan works) to edit the templates. Canva is a product of Canva Pty Ltd; The Content Club isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Canva.

Cancelling and billing

You can cancel any time from the member area (Manage billing). Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your licence

You can use the templates, captions and guides to make posts for your own business, or for your clients' businesses if you're a freelancer or agency, as often as you like. You may not resell, share, give away or republish the template files or guides themselves, including as Canva template links or in template marketplaces. Each guide is marked with your name and email. All content remains the property of StoreFront Studio.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise any specific results, such as followers, engagement or sales. You're responsible for the content you post, including making sure any offers you advertise are genuine and follow the rules in your area.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
